Modern life is stressful and increasingly we’re becoming disconnected from what’s important Chronic stress increases your chances of developing a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, cardiovascular disease, sleep disorders and obesity.

Maybe you recognise that you’re stressed, but you don’t feel you have the time or the skills to bring balance back into your life? This is where Relaxation Therapy comes in.

Relaxation Therapy teaches you a number of different techniques which you can use, safely and effectively to combat stress and it’s damaging effects. Think of it as putting self-care tools in your toolbox. These include

Body techniques such as Progressive relaxation, simple Yoga poses, breathing exercises and self-massage

Mind techniques such as Mindfulness and Guided visualisation

Soul/spirit techniques such as Gratitude, self-compassion and journaling

Relaxation Therapy can be booked as a standalone session, but to get the full benefit, a course of four sessions is recommended.

Relaxation Therapy can be delivered 1-1 or in a small group max 4 participants.
