Relaxation ‘a physical state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional response to stress, such as lowered blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension and rate of breath.’
Re-pose sessions are the perfect antidote to modern life with all it’s stresses and strains.A blend of techniques are used to achieve physical relaxation (body), psychological relaxation (mind) and holistic relaxation (spirit) including gentle stretching, breathing exercises and mindfulness. What sets this apart from other classes is that massage is performed over clothing as part of the session. The aim is to engage all of the senses, sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell in the process of relaxation.At the end of the class you should feel restored and re-energised, ready to continue with your day.
Equipment and refreshments provided, please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
